Malo širi, ručno kovan Tojirov santoku je odličen nož za sjeckanje velike količine povrća, manje za meso i ribu. Odličan Vg10 čelik, tvrdoće 61 hrc, je obučen u 62 sloja mekšeg čelika. Oštrica je vrlo oštra, ima drvenu dršku, zato je nož malo lakši i precizniji.

A slightly wider, hand-forged Tojiro’s santoku is an excellent knife for all chefs who cut and chop large quantities of vegetables and less meat and fish in their kitchens. The excellent Vg10 steel, with the hardness of 61 HRC, is clad in 62 layers of softer steel. The knife has a very sharp blade, which remains sharp for a very long period of time. Due to its traditional Japanese wooden handle the knife is slightly lighter and more precise to use. Excellent value for money.
